Washington DC Engagement Photographs

I will be photographing Tiffany and Drew's wedding in June.  After a few weather delays we finally were able to schedule the engagement shoot last Sunday.  They wanted to start at the Jefferson Memorial since Drew graduated from the University of Virginia (UVA).  We started at 7:00 AM and there wasn't a sole there.  The light was great and there were no tourists to get in the way of the photos.   For a change of pace we walked around the Tidal Basin on the north side and went down to the  FDR Memorial.  The FDR Memorial has some great spots to  take engagement photographs.  It was pretty empty when we arrived, but when we were finishing up around 8:30AM the crowds were starting to role in ... time to leave.
