Family Photography

A few months ago I wrote an article in this blog about how to improve your home family photography.  One tip was to look for great light inside your home and be ready when the perfect moment arises.  Well my five year old daughter walked into my home office the other day and she had just put on this pretty dress that she was so proud of.  Great light was coming in through my window and hit her face just right.  I grabbed my camera that was sitting next to me and I took this photograph.  This was taken with my Nikon D90 and a Nikon 50MM lens at F2.0. The D90 is not one of my  pro cameras, It is a relatively inexpensive DSLR that I use for my family photography.
